Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 7,00 € per order.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries:
EU-Countries: 17,00 €
Non-EU-Countries: 50,00 €
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

The following shipping conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany), in other EU countries and worldwide (Non-EU countries).
The delivery conditions vary depending on the delivery zone.
Postage:
The postage costs depend on the weight of the goods:
Parcels up to 2 kg: 7,- EUR
Postage costs depend on the weight of the goods:

Parcels up to 2 kg: 50,- EUR
Delivery terms:
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the goods will be delivered:
- in Germany: within 5-10 working days
- to other EU countries: within 7-14 working days
- to Non-EU countries (worldwide): around 4-8 weeks (but asap)
after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, delivery delays are to be expected. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this and can only ask for your understanding. Our shipping service provider is DHL.
